How to book a shuttle ?

On our website by clicking on the book button on the top right in the “Book” box, you can also click on this link to book a Lyon shuttle.

How do we know if the driver will pick us up?

Our service has been specially designed to meet this need. If you have any concerns, you have our phone number: +33 4 82 82 60 69, in any case you have all the information to contact us in your confirmation email.

Finally, it is possible to discuss 24/24 and 7/7 with our online chat.

How much luggage can I take ?

The number of pieces of luggage is limited to 2 per person, i.e. 1 hold bag and 1 cabin bag. Work bags and handbags do not count as luggage. From the third baggage per person, it is charged 3 € extra and 5 € on the spot at the time of pick-up, if you have not declared it.

How do I pay for my shuttle?

The payment is made only at the time of the reservation, on the internet and with a credit card. We use Stripe, a payment intermediary known worldwide for its quality of service but also for its reliability and security.

Can I take animals on board?

Animals on board are limited to their size, we do not accept animals that are too big! However, a small dog or cat is always welcome on board as long as it is transported in a cage provided for this purpose. A supplement of 3€ is required for each animal.

How many passengers can board the shuttle?

Our shared shuttle routes are mainly done in sedans or minivans, so there are 8 seats available in each shuttle. We voluntarily use small vehicles in order to be faster than a classic bus solution.

I don’t receive a confirmation email, how come?

This is not normal, we are sure that after the confirmation of payment you receive an email from us. Please check your junk mail or contact our customer service through the online chat available at the bottom of the page.

Can I pay on board the shuttle?

Our service works on the basis of advance booking (for legal reasons), so you cannot pay on board the vehicle but only on our booking platform.

How do we recognize you?

You will find the shuttle stops directly on the website under the heading Lyon Airport Stops.
There are pictures of the stops, the operating vehicles and the GPS point to get there. Our drivers will contact you before the trip and tell you the type of vehicle.

How to come to Mermoz-Pinel by public transport ?

It is possible to reach Mermoz Pinel, mainly by the line D of the Lyon subway. This stop is also served by several bus lines. Consult the page of the Mermoz Pinel stop to know the detail of the services by public transport.

How to reach you in case of emergency ?

Can I have the driver’s phone number ?

You do not have the possibility to have the phone number of the driver but you can contact us at any time by phone at +33 4 82 82 60 69 (available 7/7 and 24/24).

If I book a ticket and I’m alone, does the shuttle still run?

When you reserve a ticket, you reserve your seat on one of our shuttles. This means that even if you are alone in an 8-seat minivan, the shuttle will pick you up. No matter what happens, your seat is guaranteed.

Does the shuttle work at night?

At Navette Lyon, we offer two types of solutions for our passengers returning to Lyon at night. It is possible to be dropped off at any stop or at your home for an additional fee of 5€ (home attached to the stop area).

Are there any extras in the rate?

We apply surcharges on different options taken as :
– 1 additional baggage costs 3 € in advance and 5 € on the spot
– Drop off or pick up near your home is charged according to your zone/place of residence.

Are there any children’s fares?

Yes, the price of a child ticket is less expensive than the price of an adult ticket. The child fare is less than half the price of an adult ticket. However, they must always travel with an accompanying adult.

Is it possible to have a drop off closer to home?

Yes, it is possible, for a drop off closer to your home, please consult the corresponding zone on our stop page. The additional drop-off or pick-up represents an additional 5€ compared to the basic price of the reference stop in your zone.

Where can I find the shuttle schedules?

The shuttle schedules are directly available by clicking on book. In fact our system is very intuitive, you don’t have to consult an agenda but you have to enter your needs (date, departure time and number of passengers) then our system will find the most suitable shuttle for you. Isn’t that great ?

Are there hourly departures?

The Lyon Shuttle service operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Departures are scheduled every 45 minutes from each of the stops we have set up for the summer of 2022. Find the list of Navette Lyon stops.

How long does it take from the airport to the city center ?

Navette Lyon offers you different stops to reach the city of Lyon, its airport and vice versa. Thus, the journey can last between 10 minutes and one hour depending on the stop and the schedule chosen. From Part-Dieu, count between 30 and 40 minutes depending on the time.

What time should I choose for the departure ?

For the departure we always advise to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours in advance in order to check in your luggage and not to stress about missing your plane. Depending on your location, you will find our stops and arrival times at Lyon airport. Please note that we are not responsible for any incident on the road causing a delay for you. Plan ahead to avoid unpleasant surprises.

What time should I choose upon arrival?
